Aged Traminer which, having successfully overcome the traditional characteristics of this wine style, impresses mildly with the strong flavour of apple tree blossoms amidst fields of roses. The cooled grapes go through a vibration table for hand selection. Destemmed grapes are sorted on a conveyor belt and are then fed into a 3 - cubic meter pneumatic "Inertis" press where the whole destemmed grapes are being pressed up to 1, 2 Bar. Grape juice is then clarified and is left to ferment at temperature of 12-15˚С. Post-fermentation aging in new oak barrels. Clarification and stabilization.
