Intensive cherry colour with purple overtones. The flavours of black forest fruit alongside with piquant spices and a touch of delicate oak aroma prevail to the nose. The senses are overwhelmed by the well-structured and balanced attack, ethereal body with marvelous structure and a finish of elegantly integrated soft tannins. Wonderful wine, creating lasting pleasant sensation.
Vinification:
Hand sorting of whole destemmed grapes. Cold maceration at 8ºС in oak barrels of 6 t each and heat-insulated stainless steel wine fermentation tanks of 7000 l each. Controlled alcoholic fermentation with post-fermentation maceration. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in new French barrels. Aging and storage for 10 months in new French oak barrels of 225l each at controlled temperature and relative air humidity.
