Sweet red wine, aged 3 years in oak barrels. Conquers with delicate aromas of strawberry jam, figs and baked prunes. The taste is sweet, soft, harmonious and full of shades of caramel and cherry. The end has a pleasant freshness and a long memory of caramel, vanilla and cherry jam.
Vinification:
Grapes are picked at the end of November. The cooled, well-ripened grapes pass through a vibratory table for manual selection. The distemmed grapes come into a basket press where the grapes are pressed whole. Cold enzyme clarification and fermentation with a culture of wine yeast. Aging in oak barrels with controled temperature and humidity.
