Wine with delicate pale pink colour and moonshine, with intensive lively flavour. Rose with round body and fresh taste with fruity notes of small berries and white flowers. Harmonic taste with long and fresh finish.
Vinification:
The cooled grapes go through a vibration table for hand selection. Destemmed grapes are sorted on a conveyor belt and are then fed into a 3 - cubic meter pneumatic "Inertis" press where the whole destemmed grapes are being pressed up to 1, 2 Bar. Grape juice is then clarified and is left to ferment at temperature of 12-15˚С. Clarification and stabilization.
