The wine impresses with full color of dark cherry and violet nuances. Intensive aroma of ripe black fruits (black berries, black currant, blue berries) and fresh herbs (mint) Angel captures with soft attack and juicy body. The nuances hinted in the aroma charmed also in the taste. The finish is silky with lasting aftertaste.
Vinification:
Hand picking and sorting of grapes. Optical sorting of grapes. Cold maceration in heat-insulated stainless steel fermentation tanks of 7000 l each. Controlled alcohol fermentation with long post-fermentation period. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
